Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after
receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or product launches), processing times may
be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier
delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We are working on expanding globally soon—stay tuned!

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays
Bold Food Crate is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Weather conditions
• Carrier issues
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Customs processing (for international orders)

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
