Refund Policy – Bold Food Crate

At Bold Food Crate, we want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, please
review our refund policy below.

Returns
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on food
items.
However, if your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Or defective
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue,
and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will issue:
• A replacement product, or
• A refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
• Opened or used products
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Change of mind after purchase

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is eligible for a replacement, we will ship a new
product at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or
shipped, it cannot be canceled.
