  1. Heat the Oil: Put 1/4 cup of oil in a medium-sized pot over medium heat.
  2. Add Tomato Paste: Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
  3. Season: Add 4 tablespoons of Bold Food Crate African Jollof Seasoning.
  4. Toast: Toast the seasoning and the tomato paste for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add Water: Add 2 cups of water and mix until well combined.
  6. Add Rice: Add 1 cup of rinsed white rice and mix well.
  7. Cook the Rice: Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook for about 35 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir at least twice every 10 minutes.
  8. Serve: Can keep in the refrigerator for about 7 days.
