Creamy Green Beans

This creamy green bean recipe is a delicious, healthy, and easy-to-make dish that can be served as a side for any meal. We used our all-purpose seasoning, which adds a delightful blend of flavors to the dish. This seasoning can be used in various recipes, making it a versatile addition to your kitchen. The green beans are cooked to perfection, tender yet crisp, and coated in a creamy sauce that adds a rich and indulgent flavor. 

 Ingredients: 

1/4 cup olive oil  
1 pound frozen or fresh green beans 
1/2 cup fat free or whole milk  
1/4 tsp sugar or honey or maple syrup ( optional)

 

Directions: 

  1. Put 1/4 cup of olive oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 pound of frozen or fresh green beans. 
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of Bold Food Crate All Purpose Seasoning. 
  4. Add 1/2 cup of fat free milk or whole milk.
  5. Add 1/4 tsp sugar or honey or maple (optional).
  6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes or until green beans are tender.
  7. Serve with your favorite meat, sauce or grain.
  8. You can keep the creamy  green beans in the refrigerator for about 5 days.
