Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound frozen or fresh green beans
1/2 cup fat free or whole milk
1/4 tsp sugar or honey or maple syrup ( optional)
2 tablespoons Bold Food Crate All Purpose Seasoning
Directions:
- Put 1/4 cup of olive oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat.
- Add 1 pound of frozen or fresh green beans.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Bold Food Crate All Purpose Seasoning.
- Add 1/2 cup of fat free milk or whole milk.
- Add 1/4 tsp sugar or honey or maple (optional).
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes or until green beans are tender.
