Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of canola or vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons of Bold Food Crate Asian Seasoning
  • 1 pound of frozen stir fry mix (a mixture of broccoli, carrots, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, snap peas, water chestnut, mushrooms, baby carrots, onions)
  • 1/4 cup of water if you are making your own stir fry mix
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat the Oil: Put 1/4 cup of canola or vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Toast the Seasoning: Add 3 tablespoons of Bold Food Crate Asian Seasoning and toast for about 1 minute.
  3. Add Vegetables: Add 1 pound of frozen stir fry mix and mix well.
  4. Add Water: Pour in 1/4 cup of water and mix until well combined.
  5. Cook Vegetables: Reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Optional Soy Sauce: Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce if desired and mix well.
  7. Serve: Serve with cooked Jasmine or white rice or cooked egg noodles.
  8. Storage: Can keep in the refrigerator for about 7 days.
